To diagnose hypertension your BP needs to be more than 120/80 in more than 3 occasions.

hi Kalpana. Your symptoms direct towards a spinal nerve injury. Did you have a recent fall or lower back injury that involved you being on bed rest? You must undergo MRI lumbar spine and then see an orthopedician for further intervention.
