    Foods that are rich in Vitamin A, C, and, B12, Folate, Antioxidants and Omega 3 Fatty Acids help improve the Platelet Count. Green leafy vegetables, dark green vegetables such as lettuce and parsley, olive, soybean, kale, broccoli, cauliflower, cabbages, tomatoes etc., are proven to help increase the platelet levels. Orange and its juice known for its folate content, is also said to improve platelet count.
