    hello doctor,this is kalpana and i am 32 years old i am suffering from long sitting muscle tissue problem, right buttock is very pain some times, my right foot and ankle was swollen long time but some i don't know what is right cause please tell me as soon as possible

    hi Kalpana. Your symptoms direct towards a spinal nerve injury. Did you have a recent fall or lower back injury that involved you being on bed rest? You must undergo MRI lumbar spine and then see an orthopedician for further intervention.
