Detoxification is the removal of toxins from our body. Generally, food is not supposed to contain toxins. But sometimes vegetables are covered with pesticides and inorganic substances, meat comes with anti-biotic, cooked food have with preservatives. So these thing makes the job of liver tough in removing the toxins depending on the type it. In the 3 macro-nutrients - crabs, proteins, fats and digesting proteins takes the most time, and crabs take the least in detoxification. Some foods with high rate of detoxification are good for liver such as Water, Crucifers, Dark leafy greens, sea vegetables, Sprouted Seeds, Nuts, Beans, and Grains, Onions, Shallots, and Leeks, garlic, eggs, artichokes, Prebiotic-Rich Foods, Apples, medicinal mushrooms, Cauliflower, Cranberries, Blueberries, Rosemary, Salmon, Turmeric, Walnuts.
