Please visit an ENT surgeon. Hoarseness of voice for such a long period could be because of a number of reasons like: overuse of vocal cords-singing/yelling, upper respiratory tract infection causing inflammation of vocal cords, the tumorous growth of the cord. Bronchoscopy would be the best diagnostic tool to understand the causes.
