Pai is a registered member of the American Society of Reproductive Medicine, European Society of Human Reproduction, Indian Society of Assisted Reproduction, Indian Federation of Ultrasound, Medicine & Biology, Indian Society of Human Reproduction, National Association of Voluntary Sterilisation and Middle East Fertility Society. He was a Vice President of Indian Society of Assisted Reproduction in 2010, President of Mumbai Obstetrics & Gynaecological Society and Senior Vice President of Federation of Obstetrics & Gynaecological Societies of India in 2006.
Dr. Hrishikesh D. Pai has won ‘RK Excellence Award’ for ‘Excellent IVF Doctor in India’ in 2010. He was awarded a ‘Gold Medal’ in MD from Mumbai University in 1985. He was honored with Herculean Desa Prize for the ‘Best Thesis’ in 1986. He was also honored with Jai Hind College Alumni Association prize in 2008.
