My child has kawasaki disease and Dr. Mahua Roy has been treating her. I am very happy with the treatment provided. She has taken great care of my child. But the reception often has a long line which is irritating.

Dr. M.H. Pramanick had examined us twice, once before and once after the echo tests. The delay between visits was shorter, however the first wait was more than 30 minutes. However, that is reasonable given that the majority of them see him, take exams, and then return.

The pacemaker surgery of my uncle was conducted by Dr. Joyanta Ghosh. Obviously, the surgery went successful and for that our family members shall be forever grateful. But, it was the reception area which must be made more active.
