What is your age? Since how long have you had chest pain? Any other accompanying symptoms? Please visit the nearest emergency and get an ECG done. The emergency doctor would be able to tell you of the reason for chest pain is cardiac/non-cardiac. If its cardiac, please visit a cardiologist for the same.
Hiatus hernia often causes heartburn and abdominal issues. In a few cases, it may also hamper the blood supply to the stomach, which is very harmful. It is best to get it diagnosed and treated to avoid such symptoms. The doctor may prescribe some medications, and in a few cases, may suggest surgery.
Usully, fever is accompanied with increase in the body's temperature, weakness and body ache. Incase you feel any of these symptoms, you can take a Paracetamol. If the fever doesn't subside or keeps reoccuring, contact your doctor immediately.
