My mother was treated by the doctor as if she were a part of his own family, rather than a patient. He raised her spirit and urged her to improve. During her postoperative stay in the hospital, he carefully listened to all of her questions and went out of his way to help her.

Dr. Ian Pinto gets extremely involved with the patient's medical condition, while explaining the issues involved in layman's terms. He never rushes through meeting a patient. His clarity on the course of treatment to be undertaken is great and he tries his best to steer clear of surgery.
