I had the bad luck of suffering from rectal prolapse. I was advised surgery as soon as possible. I asked many people and searched the internet for the best doctor. I decided to meet Dr. Shankar. He did my surgery very well. And I had a healthy recovery. Just one point I would like to add is about the cost. Doctor is very good but the cost was bit high.

I liked everything about Dr. Shankar. He is friendly, knows how to talk to the patient, explains everything but he charges more. I was advised to have the fissure surgery and I was looking at my options. I found that though Dr. Shankar was best, his prices were slightly more.

Dr. Shankar is absolutely wonderful. I can say that with confidence because I am fit and fine now because of him. I had to go through surgery to treat IBS. He was the in-charge of the team that cared for me. I am 100% fine now. All thanks to Dr. Shankar. I recommend him strongly.

My appendix became diseased because of some infection. Dr. Gowri Shankar did an operation to remove it. I was confident in his work because I had read a lot about him online. He is a great person and I also felt that he is very friendly.

Dr. Shankar performed a gallbladder operation on me several years ago. I remember that I was very nervous and could not even ask for basic things. The nurse was very helpful so she explained to the doctor that I am worried. Later, he came to talk to me about the process. He used very simple language and consoled me for my anxiety. I really liked how he was very calm and I was eased with his behavior. I really thank the doctor.
