Verified DoctorVIU is a modern technique for Urethroplasties which is a traditional and still quite preferred by surgeons around the world to treat urethral stricture. A lot of VIU cases get reported to be as repeated VIU. So I would suggest opting for a Urethroplasty is the right call of the surgeon.
