Dr. Alok Sharma

A Consultant at the Department of Trauma and Joint Replacement, Dr. Alok Sharma has over 25 years of rich experience in their field. His area of expertise lies in Joint Replacement - Knee and Hip Replacement, using pinless navigation and customized joint replacement. Dr. Alok Sharma has achieved a great reputation for managing complex trauma and deformity correction. Dr. Sharma did his MBBS from the prestigious King George Medical College, Lucknow, followed by a postgraduate from the Government Medical College, Amritsar. Then he went on to pursue MCh from Ninewells Hospital & Medical School, Dundee, UK. He also underwent many fellowships, including the AO Trauma Fellowship from Kyungpook National University Hospital, South Korea, DePuy Joint Replacement Fellowship. Due to his keen research interest, he was awarded the prestigious Lan Kelly Fellowship for the best scientific research during his MCh.
