Dr. Ameya Joshi

Dr. Ameya Joshi is Visiting Consultant in the Department of Endocrinology at HCG Apex Cancer Centre, Mumbai. He has over twelve years of experience in managing adult and paediatric endocrinology, as well as diabetology. His areas of interest include treating thyroid disorders, diabetes, endocrinological disorders, reproductive endocrinology, endocrine tumours, bone disorders, growth disorders and providing hormone replacement therapy.

Dr Ameya Joshi has received various awards for his work and is specifically dedicated towards Type I, Type II and Gestational diabetes management. He holds an MBBS degree, MD in Medicine and a DM in Endocrinology. Dr Joshi is also trained in Thyroid Ultrasound from TATA Memorial Hospital, Paediatric Endocrinology from ISPAE, Bone Densitometry by DEXA and Special training in Advanced Diabetes from Belgium.

Dr Joshi is a member of various medical associations like Endocrine Society, USA, Indian Society for Bone and Mineral Research, Indian Society of Paediatric and Adolescent Endocrinology, and Western India Endocrine Society.
