Dr. Anirudh Vij

Dr. Anirudh Vij is one of the leading Bariatric Surgeon in Delhi. He is currently heading the Department of Bariatric and metabolic surgery at Fortis Memorial Research Institute. He has a wide range of experience in both primary and revisional bariatric procedures. He has done his masters in surgery from the prestigious Maulana Azad Medical College and completed his fellowship in Laparoscopic surgery under the pioneer laparoscopic surgeon, Dr C. Palanivelu. Dr. Anirudh Vij further pursued his interest in Bariatric Surgery by doing training from an internationally accredited centre, E-da Hospital in Taiwan. Besides that, he has pursued paper in various national and international conferences and has a number of publications to his credit.   Dr. Anirudh Vij is also an active member of medical associations like International Federation for Surgery of Obesity, International Excellence Federation, Obesity Surgery Society of India (OSSI), Asia Pacific Hernia Society, and Hernia society of India.
