Dr. Cibi Issac

Dr Cibi Issac is the Senior Consultant of Interventional Cardiology at VPS Lakeshore Hospital, Kochi, Kerala. He has an experience of 18 years as a Cardiologist. His medical focus areas include Non-invasive Cardiac Investigations, TransRadial Interventions, Advanced Angioplasties, Peripheral Angioplasties, Embolisation Procedures, IVC Filter Implantations, Coarctation of the Aorta Stenting and Aortic Aneurysm Stenting. He is supremely skilled in performing various complex procedures such as Colour Doppler Echocardiography, Coronary Angioplasties including Rotablations, CTO opening, Left Main Coronary Stenting, Bifurcation Lesions, Post CABG Graft Interventions under cardiac imaging support (IVUS, OCT). 

He completed his MBBS, MD General Medicine and DM Cardiology from Government Medical College, Kottayam.  He also has a DNB in General Medicine. He has the membership of National Academy of Medical Sciences, New Delhi and the fellowship of European Society of Cardiology. He has worked as Consultant Interventional Cardiologist at Meenakshi Mission Hospital and Research Center, Madurai, Tamilnadu ( 2003-2006). He has also worked at St. Joseph’s Medical Mission Hospital, Kerala as Consultant Cardiologist. He has performed more than five thousand cardiac interventions with an optimal success rate. 

He has published many well-received articles in national journals such as Indian Heart Journal, conducted workshops and presented papers of a wide variety. He is fluent in English language and is available for hospital consultations on Credihealth.
