Dr. D Mukherjee is a Consultant - Neurosurgery at Chikitsa Super Specialty Hospital, Noida. Dr. Mukherjee is a skilled brain and spine Surgeon with total experience of more than 20 years in Neurosurgery. He has experience in treating difficult cases of brain tumours, head injuries and spine disorders with high success rate and exceptional recovery. Dr. Mukherjee received the primary training of Neurosurgery by Prof B.Ramamurthi, the legendary Neurosurgeon, and father of Neurosurgery in India.

Dr. D Mukherjee has contributed to several publications and text book chapters in international publications like Elsevier. His passion for field was also rewarded many times, his clinical research on low-Grade Glioma (brain tumor) was nominated for an award by AANS, USA. His field of interest lies in Surgical Neuro Oncology, Complex Spine surgery, Awake  brain  Surgery, Brain and Spine Trauma and Gamma Knife Radiosurgery
