He's a leading expert in Nephrology, Pediatric nephrology and Kidney transplantation  with highest qualifications of MD and a Fellowship in Nephrology from AIIMS, New Delhi. Dr. Ray is currently the Head of Nephrology and Renal Transplantation unit at Rabindranath Tagore International Hospital,Mukundapur,Kolkata. Dr. Ray is playing a crucial role in this field by successfully conducting over 4000 hemodialysis procedures every month and has completed more than 2000 renal transplants, covering swaps and ABO incompatible transplants. He has also witnessed his work in over 40 scientific publications across national and international journals.
