He has a vast experience in his field with expertise in chronic Hepatitis B, Chronic Hepatitis C, Post Liver Transplantation, Esophageal Stricture, Pyloric Stenosis, Gastric / Duodenal Ulcer, Liver Cirrhosis, CBD stone and Ampullary Tumor. Dr. Singal has received his MBBS degree in the year 1986 from the Medical College, Rohtak and completed MD in the year 1990 from the same medical college.
