Dr. Gopal Krishna Dash completed MBBS from VSS Medical College, Sambalpur; he finished MD in General Medicine from SCB Medical College, Orissa. He further pursued DM in neurology from Sree Chitra Tirunal Institute of Medical Science and Technology, Trivandrum; he also did PDF in Epileptology from the same college.
