Dr. Jagannath Kulkarni

Dr. Jagannath Kulkarni is a Consultant in the Department of Laparoscopic and Bariatric Surgery in Manipal Hospitals, Panaji. He has over 11 years of experience and specializes in laparoscopic surgery and bariatric surgery.
