Dr. KK Durga Prasad

A Consultant at the Department of Paediatrics at Cradle Pediatric Centre in Masab Tank, Hyderabad, and Apollo Cradle in Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad, Dr. Prasad has an experience of 14 years in his field. He completed MBBS from Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences Andhra Pradesh in 1999 and DNB - Paediatrics from Gandhi Medical College, Hyderabad in 2005. Prior to Apollo Hospitals, Dr. Prasad was associated with Yashoda Hospital, Somajiguda as a Consultant Paediatrician, Pragna Children Hospital, Somajiguda as a Resident Paediatrician and Paulomi Hospital, ECIL as a Consultant Paediatrician. Due to his compassion towards his field, Dr. Prasad routinely engages himself with various seminars and workshops. Dr. Prasad is a member of Indian Academy of Paediatrics (IAP). He has also contributed to various research and papers like Local Side Effects Of Acellular Pertussis Vaccine.

Over the years, Dr. Prasad has gained interest in handling health issues of newborn babies and pre-term babies. Some of the services provided by the doctor are Childhood Infections, New Born Care, Viral Fever Treatment, Nutritional Assessment and Congenital Disorders Evaluation / Treatment etc.
