Dr. Kunal Das

Dr. Kunal is the HOD and Consultant Medical Gastroenterology and Hepatology. He completed his MBBS and post-graduation in medicine from Maulana Azad Medical College, NewDelhi and D.M.(Gastroenterology) from G.B.Pant Hospital. Dr das also underwent endoscopic ultrasound training from Kinki University, Japan.

In his career span, Dr. Das has gained expertise in ERCP (Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangio-Pancreatography) or CBD Stones, Metal Stenting, EUS (Endoscopic Ultrasound), Endoscopic mgmt. of GI Cancers, EVL banding, Glue Injection and Treatment of Hepatitis B & C.

Due to his passion for his field, Dr. Kunal Das has contributed to various publications and journals. He is widely known for his research, he has 40 Original research papers in indexed journals and has given more than 10 presentations in international Conferences. Dr. Das was also an Invited Speaker at 12th AFSUMB conference, Japan, 2016.
