Dr. Mohammed Ali is a highly experienced Gastroenterologist in Chennai with more than 30 years of practice and teaching expertise. He held the position of Professor and Head at the Medical Gastroenterology Department at Rajiv Gandhi Government General Hospital and was the first Director of the Institute of Medical Gastroenterology at MMC. Dr. Ali has trained over 50 DM Gastro Post-Graduates and has served as Secretary and President of the Indian Society of Gastroenterology. Currently, he works as a Consultant Gastroenterologist and Interventional Endotherapist at Billroth Hospitals in Shenoy Nagar and VS Hospitals in Kilpauk.

Dr. Mohammed Ali gastroenterologist has presented numerous papers at both national and international conferences, with some being published in reputable journals. Dr. Ali has also been the President of the Tamil Nadu Chapter of the Indian Society of Gastroenterology, a Member of the Government’s Department of Science & Technology in New Delhi, and an Inspector for the Medical Council of India.

Additionally, he serves as a Trustee of the Tamilnadu Gastroenterology Trust.
