Dr. Mukul Rastogi is a Director - Gastroenterology & Hepatology in Fortis Hospital, Noida. Dr. Rastogi’s completed his MBBS from SMS Medical College, Jaipur and MD (General Medicine) under the able guidance and supervision of his mentors, Professor and Head Dr. Kunal Kothari & Professor Dr. P D Khandelwal. Later in 2001, Dr. Rastogi went on to pursue DNB (Medicine) and DM (Gastroenterology& Hepatology) to further expand his medical and technical skills under the supervision of Professor and Head Dr. R R Rai, Professor Dr. S Nepalia.
In the initial years of his career, Dr. Rastogi was associated with ace institutions in Delhi like Indraprastha Apollo Hospital and GB Pant Hospital & Maulana Azad Medical College where he cemented his specialty. At his latest assignment, Dr. Rastogi has managed over 650 liver transplant patients as the chief Hepatologist and has performed a wide range of endoscopic procedures (including managing post-transplant biliary leaks and biliary strictures by means of ERCP). He has a keen interest and experience in endoscopic management of chronic calcific pancreatitis.
He has also received Bharat Jyoti Award for his outstanding professional work by IFSS at the hands of the Honourable Governor of Assam and Tamilnadu in 2011.
