With over 19 years of expertise, Dr Narasimha Pai is a skilled cardiology specialist who is employed at KMC Hospital Mangaluru. He is skilled in doing coronary interventions. He is renowned for being able to diagnose patients with precision, pay close attention to every detail, and show empathy for them. He has managed many complicated medical problems.

He did his MBBS from Kasturba Medical College and then he went on to get a cardiology degree from Grant Medical College and Sir JJ Hospital, Mumbai.

Dr. Narasimha Pai has received a cardiology fellowship from the European Society of Cardiology, American College of Cardiology, and Indian College of Cardiology. Dr. Narsimha has given numerous speeches and published several articles. In addition, he works as an associate professor at Mangalore KMC Hospital.  

During the proceedings of the KAPICSI conference at GULBURAG in June 2000, Dr. Narsimha's paper titled "Evaluation of Heart Rate Variability during Deep Breathing as a Prognostic Indicator in Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction" won the API (Association of Physicians of India) "BEST SCIENTIFIC PAPER AWARD."

Additionally, he was the recipient of the "BEST SCIENTIFIC PAPER AWARD" from the Cardiological Society of India, Bangalore chapter, for the paper "Identification of Surface ECG Markers for Coronary Sinus Diverticulum in Patient with WPW Syndrome and Postero-septal accessory Pathway –A Retrospective study" that was presented at the KAPICSI &API (South Zone) conference in June 2001 in Mangalore.
