Since this was my first pregnancy, I was worried about the various physical changes our bodies go through. Dr. Nitika Sobti reassured me that these changes are natural and don't need any medicine. She was very clear in her explanations of labor pain and delivery after 36 weeks, which enabled me to avoid uncertainty and look for the appropriate indicators to be hospitalized for birth.
