Dr. Rubina Shanawaz Z is a consultant in Urogynaecology After having finished her Masters in Obstetrics and Gynaecology from Chennai with 3 gold medals including best outgoing Student. She has worked in reputed hospitals in Tamil Nadu and Bangalore over past 9 years. She has undergone training in Endoscopy and Urogynaecology. Dr. Rubina Shanawaz is a fellow of the International College of Surgeons and is a member of various societies including the International Urogynaecology Association. She is one of the few Gyanecologist exclusively dedicated to Urogynaecology in Bangalore, dealing with the urinary issue in women. She takes a keen interest in tackling pelvic floor dysfunction, especially in raising awareness about prevention and cure of these issues aiding women in improving their quality of life.
