Dr. SM Tuli

Dr SM Tuli is a Consultant in the Department of Orthopedics, Sports Medicine and Arthoplasty at Vimhans Nayati Super Specilaity Hospital, Nehru Nagar, New Delhi. He has a rich experience of 61 years in the field of medicine. He acquired his MBBS and MS- Orthopedics from Government Medical College, Amritsar (1995). He went on to acquire a PhD and an international fellowship from National Institute of Health. He is credited to have founded the Department of Orthopaedics at Banaras Hindu University and Department of Orthopaedics at University College of Medical Sciences, Delhi. Dr SM Tuli is the author of the well received books 'Tuberculosis of the Skeletal System', 'Practical Orthopaedics' and 'Guidelines for Ageing with Health, Grace & Dignity'. He has published over 200 medical and scientific publications and has previously been the President of Indian Orthopaedics Association (1984). Moreover, he was the editor of Indian Journal of Orthopaedics (1972-1987). He is comfortable in both Hindi and English languages and is available for hospital consultations at Credihealth.
