Dr. Sultan Pradhan

Dr. Sultan Pradhan is a Surgical Oncologist in Mumbai at Breach Candy Hospital Trust, Mumbai and President at Prince Aly Khan Hospital, Mazagaon. He has 31 years of experience in this field. His area of expertise includes oncology surgery, head & neck surgery, endoscopic CO2 surgery, and voice conservation surgery.

Dr. Sultan Pradhan completed his MBBS and MS from Bombay University. He also completed fellowships at the Royal College of Surgeons—Edinburgh in 1975, the American College of Surgeons—USA in 1980, and the College of Physicians and Surgeons, Mumbai.

Dr. Sultan Pradhan has undergone general surgery training at Tata Memorial Hospital and Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Centre. Prior to working at Breach Candy Hospital, he was working at P.D. Hinduja Hospital and Medical Research Centre in 2001 and served as an Assistant Manager at Tata Memorial Hospital during his initial years. Apart from being an Oncologist, he was a Professor at the University of Mumbai in the Department of General Surgery and Surgical Oncology. He has several publications to his credit - National and International journals. Some of them are based on Base Tongue Cancer, Gingivo-buccal Cancer, Larynx Cancer. Dr. Pradhan has also prepared educational films to showcase various medical and surgical procedures in Head & Neck surgery.
