Dr. Sundeep Lakhtakia

With over 20 years of experience, Dr Sundeep Lakhtakiya is the Director of Endoscopy and Endoscopic Ultrasound Department and consultant of Gastroenterologist & Endosonologist at AIG Hospital, Gachibowli, Hyderabad. Earlier he was associated with Care Hospital, Hyderabad as a Consultant Gastroenterologist from 2002 to 2004, Consultant Gastroenterologist in Medwin Hospital, Hyderabad, Teaching Fellow in Sanjay Gandhi PGIMS (SGPGI), Senior Resident (Hepatology) in PGIMER, Chandigarh, etc. His educational background is MBBS from Maulana Azad Medical College, New Delhi in 1990, MD in Internal Medicine from PGIMER, Chandigarh in 1994, D.M. in Gastroenterology from Sanjay Gandhi Post Graduate Institute of Medical Sciences in 1998 and DNB in Medicine from National Board of Examinations, New Delhi. Dr Lakhtakia is also a proud member of many associations, also he is the Secretary of Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy of India. He holds the "Young Investigator Award" at Asia Pacific Digestive week in the Philippines.
