Dr. Sunita Verma

Dr. Sunita Verma is a dynamic Gynecologist with over 25 years of experience in the field of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Presently, she is a Director in Obstetrics & Gynecology unit at and Fortis La Femme Shalimar Bagh. Her area of special interest is Single Incision Laparoscopic Gynecological surgery. Dr. Sunita Verma has done MBBS followed by MD in Obstetrics & Gynecology from B.J. Medical College Pune in 1990. She has been an active member of Federation of Obstetricians and Gynecologists of India (FOGSI), Association of Obstetricians and Gynecologists of Delhi (AOGD), Indian Association of Gynecological Endoscopists (IAGE) and Society of Fetal Medicine. Dr. Sunita Verma is a recipient of ‘Best Paper Award’ from IAGE Delhi, ‘Young Clinical Performer Award’ at Max Annual Day and ‘Favorite Doctor Award’ at Max Nurses Day. She has previously worked as a Senior Consultant at Max Super Speciality Hospital Shalimar Bagh and Max Hospital Pitampura in 2001. She was an Honorary Consultant at Bhagwan Mahavir Hospital Rohini in 1995.
