A: During the admissions procedure, you will be assisted by the front office employees at the reception desk. They will establish a Unique Identification Number (UID) for the patient, and the hospital will keep and retain all medical information for future reference. They will also provide you with an estimate and assist you in picking the appropriate category of room.
A: Your nurse will assist you with the discharge procedure, which may take many hours to complete. Once your final statement is prepared, you must pay your dues in cash or by credit/debit card. Your discharge summary and possessions will be given to you by the nurse. She will also go through the drugs you will need to continue taking after you are discharged, as well as any additional follow-up recommendations.

A: When entering the ICU, it is important to disinfect one's hands and wear a disposable shoe cover. A maximum of 10 minutes is permitted for one person at a time and only with a pass. Follow all safety and security precautions. While inpatient/restricted areas, visitors must wear and display their visitor identification card at all times.
