Admission Process 

The front office staff helps with the admission process. They are available at the hospital reception. They generate a unique identification code for the patient. This code is used to store patients documents for future use in the hospital.

Some amount of advanced payment has to be give before admission. This cost is adjusted at the time of discharge. For cashless transactions, patients can visit the TPA/ Insurance desk for hospitalization.

Discharge Process 

The discharge process follows 12 - noon cycle. If a patient is discharged within 2 hours of admission, then they are not charged with any room rent.

The nurse will assist the patient with the discharge process. The nurses will inform the patient about the medicines they have to take after discharge. Follow up instructions will also be given by them.

In case the patient requires the medical ambulance, they have to inform the nurse before hand. She can then make arrangements for the patient accordingly.
