The admission process at the hospital -
Patients are asked to call the admissions desk and submit information such as the date of arrival, treating doctor, and accommodation choice.
Patients must obtain a doctor's reference letter or a recommendation letter from the CMO to be admitted.
Pregnant patients are asked to register at least 60 days before their due date. Normal delivery instances are required to pay a deposit.
Patients of foreign origin must provide their passports/PIO cards; otherwise, their admittance may be denied.
Discharge guidelines –
Your doctor at KIMS will issue a discharge order and notify you when you are ready to leave the hospital.
Throughout your stay, the discharge team at the hospital will be planning for your discharge and assisting you in preparing for any additional care that may be necessary.
The numerous discharge processes would take at least 2 hours to complete. The billing staff will contact you in your room as soon as the bill is available.
You will be given a discharge authorization sheet only when final payments have been settled in the billing area.
