My mother went to see Dr. Balakrishna for stomach pain brought on by an ovarian cyst and an infection. She underwent two procedures, one on each side. She has diabetes, which has additional issues. But the procedure was a success. But the clinic is very crowded.

Dr. Balakrishna was very approachable and attentive to anything you had to say in order to pinpoint the precise problem. and timely treatment was provided. The day after my appendix was removed, I was released without any serious complications.

The interaction with Dr. Balakrishna was excellent. He has a lot of patience and is able to allay the patient's concerns. I had a fistula and piles problem, therefore the laser surgery went extremely well, and I fully recovered in just two weeks.

Under Dr. Balakrishna's care, my father (age 73+) underwent significant liver surgery, had his gallbladder removed, and had a CBD stone removed. Although the entire procedure took some time, we are all really satisfied with his amiable demeanor, expertise, communication, professionalism, and hospitality.
