What to Expect ?

  • A proper consultation will be provided by the doctor as the confirmed time slot will be reserved for the patient and no other patient will be attended to during that time
  • Basis the reports shared, the doctor can suggest the next steps including other tests which are required for proper diagnosis of patient's condition
  • In case of a surgery or treatment recommendation made by the doctor, the patient must visit the doctor before actually opting for that surgery or treatment

What not to Expect?

  • No prescriptions will be provided unless permitted by the hospital
  • No new diagnosis will be made if a physical, psychological, or both assessments are necessary (that can only be done with patient physically present in the room)
  • Lab requisitions for 'General Health Checks' will not be given if patient does not have a history of any health issues as assessment of health risks cannot be done over telehealth

I had to meet Dr Ila but wasn't able to due to the curfew. I saw Credihealth's tele/video consult and was able to book an appointment and speak with my doctor over the phone on the same day. I would definitely recommend tele consults and Credihealth.

Happy with credihealth. Gave good recommendations for doctors in Mumbai over telephone consultation. The best option if one has to speak to a doctor during this situation.

Hats off to credihealth for giving such a service. My mother is a heart patient and required to follow up. The team at Credihealth fixed an appointment with my mother's doctor online and within a few hours, we were talking to the doctor. Really happy with the teleconsult.

I have been using Credihealth's medical assistance for a year now. I am happy with its new tele consult service. It is easy to use and the experts help in choosing the right doctor. My dad had a gastric problem and with the tele request, in no time we spoke with Dr Meera at Medanta.
