Dr. Anurag Krishna

Dr. Anurag Krishna is an eminent Pediatric Surgeon and the Director of the Pediatric Department at the Max Group of Hospital in New Delhi. With degrees of MBBS, MS, and MCh from the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) in New Delhi, he joined as the faculty of the University College of Medical Sciences, University of Delhi. He started the Pediatric Surgical Service at this institution and was associated with them for over ten years. With a rich experience of over 20 years to his credit, Dr. Krishna has been associated with many renowned institutions. He was a visiting fellow at the Royal Manchester Children's Hospital in UK under the British Government Fellowship Program, and the Chairman of the Department of Pediatric Surgery at the Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, New Delhi. An astute Surgeon, he is a member of various organizations, including the Academic Council of the University of Delhi, British Association of Pediatric Surgeons, Indian Association of Pediatric Surgeons, Indian Academy of Pediatrics, National Neonatology Forum, and the Association of British Scholars. Awarded the fellowship of the National Academy of Medical Sciences (FAMS), Dr. Krishna is an expert in Pediatric Urology, Surgical Repair of Birth Defects, Endourology, Neonatal Surgery, Pediatric Laparoscopy, Kidney Obstructions, VU Reflux, and Hypospadias. With over 50 scientific papers published in leading national and international journals, he has co-edited a book on Surgical Diseases in Tropical Countries.
