Dr. BS Chakrapani

Dr. BS Chakrapani is a Cardiologist at Manipal Hospital Bangalore. He has over 18 years of experience in his medical field.  He has done MBBS from Mysore University, DM in Cardiology from Lokmanya Tilak Municipal Medical College in Mumbai followed by DNB in Internal Medicine from National Board of Examinations, New Delhi. Further, he has undertaken Post Doctoral fellowship in Paediatric Cardiology and fellowship of the Cardiological Society of India. Dr. BS Chakrapani has been an active Life Member of National Academy of Medical Sciences, Cardiological Society of India, Association of Physicians of India, and Indian Medical Association. Dr. BS Chakrapani has obtained training certification from Escorts Heart Institute and Research Centre, and training in Nuclear Cardiology from Tata Memorial Hospital in Mumbai. He has also earned AMA PRA Category 1 by participating in activities conducted by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME). In addition to other achievements, Dr. BS Chakrapani has presented 25 papers in cardiology conferences, and published 15 papers. Prior to working at Manipal Hospital, Dr. BS Chakrapani was a Senior Resident in Cardiology unit at Nizam Institute of Cardiology.
