Dr. Girish Parmar

Dr. Girish Parmar is a Consultant Endocrinologist at Nanavati Hospital in Mumbai. He was also associated with other tertiary care hospitals like PD Hinduja National Hospital, Mumbai. Dr. Parmar has had an excellent academic career, being the topper throughout the MBBS course at MGM College, Navi Mumbai, and obtained DNB (Internal Medicine) and DNB (Endocrinology) successfully in the first attempt from P D Hinduja National Hospital and Medical Research Centre, Mumbai. He has also been trained in Paediatric Endocrinology.

He served first as DNB Registrar for three years and then as Associate Consultant for a year. 

As he moves ahead in his career, Dr. Parmar did his sub-specialization in Diabetic Foot Disorders and Pituitary Disorders. He has several publications and research to his credit and to name a few are Thyroid Disorders in Pregnancy, Obstetrics and Gynaecology Conference. Mumbai, Jun 2012 and Accuracy and Comparison of different glucometers, Hinduja Hospital, Mumbai. Feb 2013. (2nd Best Research Award).
