Dr. Sohan Lal Broor

Dr. Sohan Lal Broor specialises in Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Therapeutic Endoscopy, and is currently associated with the Indraprastha Apollo Hospitals, New Delhi. His core areas of interest include gastrointestinal and liver diseases, therapeutic endoscopy and liver transplantation. Dr. Broor has formerly held the posts of President & Secretary of the Indian Society of Gastroenterology, and Director, Professor & Head, Department of Gastroenterology at the G.B. Pant Hospital, New Delhi. He holds Fellowship of the Gastroenterology Medical College of Wisconsin (U.S.A.) and is a member of the American Society of G.I. Endoscopy, Indian Society of Gastroenterology and Association of Physicians of India. Dr. Broor is an awardee of Hoechest Om Prakash Memorial Award and the Olympus Mitra Award for Endoscopy. He is also a member of the editorial board of the Indian Journal of Gastroenterology, Tropical Gastroenterology and the Apollo Medical Journal.
