Dr Somashekar H R holds an MBBS degree from Adichunchanagiri Institute of Medical Sciences, Bellur, Diploma in Child Medicine from Christian Medical College and Hospital, Vellore, and Diplomate of National Board (DNB) from Bangalore Baptist Hospital, Bangalore. He also holds Fellowship in Paediatric Gastroenterology and Hepatology from Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, London.
