For six years, he was Head of the Gastroenterology Centre and advisor for the post-doctoral course in Gastroenterology superspeciality degree (DNB Gastro) at Jagjivan Ram Hospital, Mumbai Central. His specialty is Interventional GI Endoscopy, which includes Luminal, Biliary, and Pancreatic Therapeutic Endoscopies. Endoscopic Pancreatic Necrosectomy for Infected Pancreatic Necrosis is a complicated therapeutic operation that yields outstanding results in his professional hands.
