About Dr. Vaibhav Bagaria-

Dr. Vaibhav Bagaria is a senior consultant joint replacement and sports injury surgeon at the Sir HN Reliance Foundation Hospital in Mumbai, India, and the director of the orthopedics department. He obtained three gold medals for his MBBS from Govt. Medical College (GMC), Nagpur, and then completed his post-graduation (MS) in orthopedics at the esteemed KEM Hospital, Mumbai. After that, he spent a year working at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee, USA, where he also earned a diploma from SICOT in Belgium and two international honors. After that, he started a fellowship in adult reconstruction and advanced joint replacement in Germany, then moved to Perth, Adelaide, and Melbourne, Australia.

The first Indian to pass the worldwide Diploma SICOT test is Dr. Vaibhav Bagaria.

He has won numerous national and international honors and serves as SICOT India's president and national delegate at the moment. His name is listed in the Marquis Who's Who for accomplishments in his industry. He was selected to participate in the 2008 Beijing Olympic torch relay as the exclusive medical representative. Additionally, he was honored with the renowned Korean award and the Lester Lowe prize during the 2005 World Orthopedic Congress in Istanbul. In addition to writing numerous books and book chapters, he is a member of the editorial boards of numerous publications and has published numerous papers in both national and international journals.

In the last 20 years of his orthopedic career, Dr. Bagaria has worked with the newest technology at several centers of excellence across the globe, making him the ideal blend of youth and expertise. He specializes in hip and knee replacement surgery and is skilled in the majority of orthopedic surgeries. 

Since he began working to integrate orthopedic surgery with rapid prototyping in 2006, he has created a number of special procedures and algorithms that facilitate smooth integration. Known as a trailblazer in the field, he has implemented the technique in over thirty actual cases. He assisted in the introduction of a class of goods known as 3D Patient Optimised Surgical Tools, or 3D POST, to guarantee that the benefits of the technology reach the greatest number of patients. He hopes to realize his long-held passion for using technology to change lives, and his work in medical fast prototyping is among the first in the nation.
