Visitor Policy

The hospital strongly believes that every patient needs rest for quick recovery. Keeping in mind the health condition of the patient, they have set some policies for visitors:

• The visitors should visit during the visiting hours only. Visiting time for the patient’s room is 4 pm - 7 pm for 1 visitor per room.

• Children under the age of 12 years are not allowed for the convenience of other patients.

• Keeping in mind the condition of the patient, the visiting should be kept to the minimum.

• Maintain Silence.

• In the case of ICU patients, at least one attendant should be available at short notice. But only one attendant at a time is allowed with the patient. 5 Minutes for each attendant.

• For ICU patients, visitors’ timings are 09.00 am - 10.00 am and 05.00 pm - 06.00 pm.

Accommodations

This hospital provides different choices in rooms and wards. This includes Deluxe, Single Deluxe Room, Semi Pvt Deluxe Room, Semi Pvt Room, Economy Ward A/C. All the rooms feature medical support facilities regardless of their category. 

Each room has an attached washroom. Deluxe Rooms are a more generous size with attached balcony, TV, cable connection, refrigerator, telephone and a couch for the attendants.

Discharge And Billing Process

On the day of discharge, the nurse will keep you updated with the whole process and remaining formalities. If you have any doubts, contact the floor nurse and get all the paperwork done. 

Once the treatment is done, the billing and admission department will share the pending bill statement. Actually, they keep you updated with the bills on a regular base. You can make payment by debit or credit card. But cheques are not accepted.
