We attempted two to three rounds of medication on her recommendation, but no success. She identified a septum in my uterus, which required surgery to successfully treat. Following surgery, we attempted to conceive naturally for three to four months, underwent follicle scanning, and then underwent our first IUI. To my astonishment, it worked on the first try.
