Your 1st week of pregnancy is likely to go unnoticed. Medically speaking, there is no baby, aka, you are not really pregnant yet. Your body will experience a menstrual cycle at 1st week of pregnancy. 

What Happens in the 1st Week of Pregnancy?

So far there is no baby or embryo visible. The conceiving does not begin until week two or three. Your gynaecologist and obstetrician would technically mark your pregnancy from the first day of your last period.
