Fenugreek (Methi) seeds
Fenugreek seeds have been used for years for their medicinal properties. According to studies, these little wonders also help control sugar level in blood by reducing insulin resistance. They can also help increase insulin production by the pancreas, which helps lower the sugar level in blood.
Chia seeds
Chia seeds help control sugar level by slowing down the rate at which glucose is released into the blood. They can be used in various ways and you can add them to water, milk or sprinkle them on your juice, smoothies and salads.
Neem
